I have been to many Med Spas – the results I got from my service (dermal) and hospitality with Melanie makes this my favorite one. She is so helpful and you can tell she genuinely wants her clients to be happy with their results and she will make sure you feel good about the results before leaving. I ask a lot of questions and she never made me feel rushed. She fixed up a dermal area on my face that had been a bit messed up at a different place in NYC…I am so relieved and happy with how it looks now! Highly recommend. The place of business itself is very clean and the waiting area feels clean and comfortable.

Unbelievable the best, I have been dealing with a facial skin problem for over 7 years. I have been to over 15 dermatologist and I was just brushed off they said my skin was fine. One visit to Profound med spa, seeing Kate she knew exactly what was going on with my skin.She was great the best. This is just not a regular spa, it is very different the whole staff are very caring. and professional. They did more for me in a day, than all 15 dermatologist that I saw over 7 years.Including the head Professor of UOP. Also met with Edith Behr who is a wonderful doctor there, I didn’t even have an appointment with her, yet I had a few questions, she took her time with me professionally and caring to help me.I can’t say enough about this spa.

Melanie is absolutely amazing! This was my first time here, the place itself is gorgeous & very clean. I got Dysport on my frown lines & loved that she was honest, saying I didn’t need it in another area I was considering. Other places tried telling me I needed work in areas I wasn’t even asking about. She made me very comfortable and talked to me a lot before doing anything. I didn’t feel rushed or nervous. Incredibly grateful to Profound Med Spa and staff, along with Nurse Kelly who administered Nutritional IV’s for our son Jax. He contracted a terrible bout of a bacterial infection from food poisoning eating at a Chinese buffet. It was 3 weeks of pure hell for him, and lost 30 lbs during the ordeal. The Nutritional IV Meyer’s cocktail was a godsend in the last week and he felt instantly better after. This IV therapy enabled him to help flush out the bacteria and get the badly needed hydration and nutrients back in his body to get back on his feet again. We can’t thank you enough! Highly recommend!!
