Their talent and demeanor are absolutely Superior. I had just switched from my previous Hair Salon who I had most of my life and it was hard to find someone to replace her. After several failed attempts with other places I tried inbetween, boy did I luck out finding Irene! Professionals I stared out with in my teens and its fun to come back to the same name or chain decades later. It was because of my incredible conversation with Donna who answered the phone when I first called, that recommended Irene for my specific needs that brought me to try Professional Hair Design. They always had the best talent. Got a great haircut and highlight done. My issue was that I called asking for rates and was told 95+ for highlights. The stylist Laura insisted a layered haircut would look better and show off the highlights more. I should have asked how much it would come to before moving forward. I take responsibility for not asking first. I was also very over due. I completely understand why it cost so much, but my issue is that I was not told that it would be so high. I think if its going to cost $250 dollars they should make sure to tell you so you are aware, I normally do not have that much money set aside for my hair. If I had known the cost ahead of time I would have just gotten the highlights only like I originally planned. I just felt blindsided. She did good work, but I won’t be coming back. I take some responsibility for not double checking first but at that price they need to be up front.

I’ve been going to Dana for years now and I am always thrilled with the results. Typically we do a full head of highlights with a cut. She knows I love keeping my length so she cuts exactly what she needs to, nothing more! I get a million compliments on my color all the time thanks to her!!! Super friendly and professional!
