Honestly disgusting, I wanted French nails, but instead of a white line a light baby pink. This is what I got instead. Not only this, but when cutting down the acrylic she cut one of the nails shorter than the other and instead of putting on a new nail, she cut them all down making them shorter than I would’ve liked. Then I told her about the length and she was nasty about it telling me she won’t fix and she can’t. Then I let that go until she was finishing up the design and I told her it wasn’t to my liking and she completely ignored that. Besides for this the place was very unsanitary and dirty. Nails were everywhere and the nail flakes when you file them were all over, but also the girl doing my nails took a towel, put water on it, wiped her hands on it, and did my hands on that towel. I was no satisfied w this place. You can find better.

I came here for my hair a second time thinking that the service had gotten better and for the second time I had gotten my haircut here it was completely botched. I asked them to give me a refund or something for the store and they refused. The guy who cut my hair was named Nick but the owners had horrible communication all round the worst service I have ever gotten done.

Went here for my bridal nails and it really was an overall horrible experience. My toes were done by someone training and I left irritated, disappointed, and dissatisfied. The nail polish is all over the cuticles and very uneven. More coats should have been done. When I said something someone came over to try and fix it but the damage was already done. The pedicure took an hour. Then went to get my nails done by a rude woman who did literally nothing to make me happy. The backs of my nails has clumps of polish and gel. The hands were never compared. I will not be back, and would definitely not recommend before a wedding.

Had 4 blowouts at this salon. First 2 were perfect. Last Monday, neither one of the stylists I used were in. Owner had someone else do my hair. I showed him the photo of what I wanted and he DID NOT follow my wishes. Mentioned to owner my dissatisfaction after trying to tell the stylist I wasn’t pleased. Owner did not even apologize and dismissed my comments. I went back this weekend to the stylist I preferred and experienced the same situation. He kept using the flat iron when I requested the small round brush as he did previously. My hair looked awful and he kept making it worse when I told him I wasn’t happy. I will never go back and am advising that you never go to this establishment for a blowout. Ken did a nice job the first time but Nick and Eden were horrible. They are nasty, rude and very dismissive to their clients.

If I would rate It lower I could. Worst experience ever. Barber pulled at my hair and ruined my day, week, and month. I could never show my face in society again after the job they did. I asked for a perm (as a man) and they buzzed my whole head. The man doing my hair barely cared about a thing I said and clearly was having a bad day, but that is not an excuse to pull at my hair, use a buzz machine for the forehead, and give me several cuts on my neck. Overall the worst experience ever. All of the employees were so rude and I will never go there again.

Not any more They are nasty a d disrespect to their clients. Use old nail polish. She said I did t pick the color you did. The color is almost see three because it was watered down so much. I just walked out a nd do NOT recommend them at all. Nasty fresh disrespectful to their clients

Don’t waste your money. Place is filthy beyond rude old nail polish. The owners sister literally left a client in her chair in the middle of a manicure while she took a phone call. The owner had to finish her. Truly the worse place. Beyond dirty! Manicure

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been too, the service is terrible and the workers are extremely rude. john does a terrible nail job and it looked like I had thick duck nails. I had told the guy that I just didn’t like how they came out and didn’t have him finish it and then got mad I didn’t like them, proceeded to grab my hand very aggressively and started clipping the acrylic off my nail and I pulled my hand away 2 times before I could get out and told him to not touch me again and he try’s to grab my hand again and I had said someone else could take them off and he is not touching me. would never come here again I can’t believe that was something I experienced.
