Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTruly wish I could give them 0 stars. My sister wanted to get her nails done for her birthday so we went in and the guy (didn’t get a name) asked us how we wanted them done so she showed him a picture. Blue nails with a flower and his response was “I can’t do designs” which meant that I now had to pick something else too. So she showed him a different picture which was an ombré with pink, orange, and yellow he said he could do ombré but only with two colors and she had to pick from his list of colors and I asked him to shorten mine some bc they were too long and he said he only knows how to do one length.. mind you, he’s the one that asked me how long I wanted them… he practically sanded both of our fingers off while sanding our nails, thought I was going to get hit with a nail while he was filing her nails, and was so rough while filing that he slapped me with the nail file… he kept looking at his phone and if he got a message he told us to hold on so he could answer, seemed very distracted. Filed my nails but left pieces hanging from the under side of them. If I didn’t have friends that told me otherwise I’d have sworn off getting my nails done ever again since this was my first time and it sucked… never going to this place again.. I’ve heard great things about VIP in Marshall though so we will try that next timeAlso, did I mention that they charged us $55 each for this?! My sister wanted to get her nails done for her birthday so we went in and the guy (didn’t get a name) asked us how we wanted them done so she showed him a picture. One of the owners Jennifer, has been doing my nails for about a couple of months now and she is the best! She’s helped me grow my nails back out to where I can now get the dip put on my natural nails instead of needing nail tips. It normally takes about an hour to get them done with her. I can go the full two weeks before needing them done again and even though my nails grow out fast, they still look good. I could go longer probably but I prefer to get them done every other week. She is high in demand so I would recommend making an appointment if you want her specifically. I will keep going to see Jennifer for my nail maintenance!

Very disappointed!! It is not my first time going there. Today I decided to go to treat myself for my birthday. The lady that did my nails was on the phone the whole time, she was distracted. I asked her to do my nails shorter. She didn’t. She didn’t pay attention at all.. I also asked for coffin nails and they don’t look like that at all! I am mad for this kind of service and also the kind of work she did on my nails! Be polite to your clients, don’t be on the phone or fixing personal things while working! It just looks bad!

They left her skin right before where her nails start dry and scraped. She said that they mistreated her on top of that and left her there without telling her if there was something else that needed to be done on her nails. I wouldn’t even give them a whole star. I will NEVER go back to them. I got my nails done. They took to long, all they did was talk to each other. I was in there a total of 3hrs because they kept stopping. Then I haven’t even had my nails done a week and it already looks like I need a refill one of the nails just popped off Luke it wasn’t even glued on good. I can not and will not recommend any go there.

My nails turned out pretty, but the lady that did my nails was so careless. When she used the sandpaper thing that spins to cut my cuticles, she completely removed my cuticles and didnt stop there. She completely rubbed the skin around my nails raw. Then later she wiped my hands with chemical wipes and it burned so bad. For the next few days I couldn’t wash my hands without being in pain. She also didnt look when she was cutting my acrylics and she almost cut my fingers multiple times. And she filed my nails so vigorously that my acrylics snapped off once. The only reason I say 2 stars is because the nails turned out pretty and the place didnt smell like chemicals.

My mother and I came to get a Pedi and full over Easter weekend, everyone was in a rush. My toes and nails looked as if my son polished and filled them. They turned 3 Africa American ladies away saying they were closed and moments later they serviced a Caucasian lady. And soon after that a mother and daughter. I can to get a refund and they did not refund me my money nor redo my nails or toes. I was very disappointed in the service and quality of the customer service. That will be my last time going.

I went in to get a basic acrylic full set and I paid $25. In the end my nail tech didn’t even paid the polish over all of the nail. He incorrectly placed the acrylic and kept drilling on my skin after I repeatedly told him he was doing it. Also I don’t have kids but there were several moms with children in the salon and the salon staff had a scary movie playing on the tv. And I just think all in all that this isn’t a very good place to go to.

Every time I going I have a pleasant experience. The staff is very caring and does my nails how I want them. They are strongs, last a very long time and protip can do most anything design wise. Wished I had a picture of them right after they did them and not two months later [Yes, they really last that long chip free]. Will post picture next time I go.

Yall, I’ve never been more disappointed. I ask for coffin matte black with a simple moon and stars. They did a glossy glitter black. Refused to do the design. 2 of my tips are glued to my finger and not my nail. All my nails are janky, 4 of them are missing color in spot . The woman who did my nails ignored me, was constantly on the phone, and acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. She rushed through mine and all the while my sister is sitting beside me and the man doing hers was kind and talked to he . But after this woman finished mine she stares distracting him and made him mess up my aistwrs nails. She made him ai distracted he made my sisters fingers bleed and he was laughing about it. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go to this plac . I’d give 0 stars if I could.
