Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a terrible experience at this establishment. The nail tech Angie displayed the most unprofessional customer service that I have ever seen. She had a poor attitude, she was not friendly at all, she did not listen to the adjustments I wanted made to my nails, she was rushing on my nails (I’m assuming because of the high volume of clients) and she did an overall TERRIBLE job on my nails. They are messy, not fully painted, and overall not appealing at all. I felt as if there was a sense of prejudice in that salon, and after reading the reviews I see that my opinion is not far stretched. I do not want to make it about race but it is very evident that it is an issue. I observed the individuals of white race and seen that they were well taken care of, and their nails were beautiful. I was charged $80.00 for a set and my nails do not look as if I should have paid half of that. If I knew how to provide a photo I would. I am not bashing this establishment, but after the experience I had, I do feel it is necessary to express disappointment in services that one pays good money for. If I was not in such a rush, I would have had my nails redone to satisfy the $80 charge. On a positivé note, my pedicure was well done.Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureI had a terrible experience at this establishment.
