My nails look awful I am a regular customer and I spent 85 on a pedicure and acrylic fill that I am now filing down myself and its taking hours ♀️….. not what i wanted to be doing but my nails r so chunky and bumpy its not good i feel like i deserve a refund. waste of money for sure. This was my 2nd time going to this place because friends recommended them. My first experience was great. The nail tech was very friendly and we had many great laughs. This time, wish i could say the same. The nail tech barely spoke and my nails are chunky and not straight or smooth at all. Really sad that I have to go to my Christmas party tonight like this.

Exactly 2 weeks ago I went to Pro Nails IIHackettstown for a gel manicure on my natural nails (no acrylic or tips). Approximately 3 days later the polished started to chip, the thumb was chipped extremely bad. One week later I went back to Pro Nails II to get the nails repaired, they agreed to repair my nails with no hassle. However, the tech completely remove the polish and clearcoat from my thumb only. He polished over the other 9 nails with gel polish & clear seal coat without removing the polish or breaking the clearcoat. These nails are horrible, the polish is lifting. I can run a fingernail between the polish. I tried nail glue, but there is still a lot of chipping. Today marks 2 weeks and I have to go somewhere else to get this mess removed and get a full gel manicure. I spent too much money on a gel manicure at Pro Nails to have had this much trouble.

When coming to pro nails and spa ll, they did an amazing job at correcting my nails and shaping them to perfection. The manicurists are friendly, however it seems nobody is able to greet guests for check in or checkout, so the wait is long. I was excited to try dip powder gel, however my polish is visibly very bumpy with a matte finish. Definitely would not recommend. Then for my pedicure, I had to wait a bit as well. And the technician kept answering her phone and speaking to other employees. Which would have been okay if my pedicure was done well. There was hardly any massage or callus scrubbing, no hot towel or stones. The pedicure took over 40 minutes with all the interruptions that I could not let me nails dry. I would not recommend this salon.

Probably one of the worst manicures I’ve had. The polish was ALL over my skin, there’s glob marks on the nails, my previous manicure is still visible, and it looks like a five year old did my nails. The woman I had wore gloves because she just got her nails done. She continued to mention that she wasn’t used to wearing gloves so it was hard to do certain things. Very unhappy with my experience here.

all of the staff are very accommodating. their pedicures are gentle and they do great work on cuticles. all of the tubs are lined and implements are clean/single use. i drive 40 minutes to see them they’re great! Pedicure
