Walked in to the guy sleeping. Then had the most painful fill I’ve ever had in my entire life. He never had me wash my hands he just put lotion over my hand and then didn’t lotion the other one and sent me on my way because he had another client! Worst service ever, also learned they only take cash at the end of it all. Never again! I regret paying.

The acrylics lasts up to 4-5 weeks. They don’t even lift. I love coming here to get my nails done ❤ and everytime I go in and take a pic of what I want, they get it done and on point!

TERRIBLE. Not only did the woman, Jenny, try to over charge me, she was very rude. They also did not do their work correctly. Definitely not coming back here. I also didn’t even bother getting my fill done. Possibly the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to.

I went today to get a regular mani & pedi. I’ve gone to this location for several years, with different business owners. Only one worker, place is empty, by the way not the 1st time there is only 1 person working. In my opinion no one should ever work alone, this is a liability, she could get robbed or worse! Everything was fine until it came to my pedicure. She did not scrub the bottom of my heels with a pumice stone! When I asked her why she stated it was $3 extra! I then proceeded to tell her every other nail salon in town always includes it & every time I’ve gone there it was always included with my basic pedi. Now I know why they are always empty & got no business! They just lost mine today! Not happy!

This is the worst place ever I went in to get gel manicure and I asked for a french tip and the tips were not straight I asked her to fix it since i’m paying for my nails to look nice. If I wanted them messed up I would of done it my self, the girl got mad and asked another employee to take over because she did not want to do what I asked her to do since I am paying for my nails to look a certain way! I will never go there again this place also owns the one in mesilla valley mall never going there either.

Went in for a pedicure. I’m a good big girl and I can’t quite get to my left foot so I needed my toenails cut. I kept asking the guy please cut them please cut them and he just kept cutting just a very very tips. A day later I had to go somewhere else to really get them cut. The chairs are wonderful like they’re brand new and they probably are cuz I don’t think they get too much customers.

This nail salon is under new ownership now, as of May, 2019. Cindy and her husband, who owned Happy Nails for 14 years, bought Pro Nails this month. They give the same professional service they always have. Their prices are the same as before. I highly recommend them. I’ve been very happy with their services for 16 years. There is nobody better in Las Cruces! Give them a try!
