1st and last time here. I called ahead got a appointment and 30 min to do a manicure and polish, and they look like my kid did them, edges horrible polish on my skin, pointer finger tip is all weird like the clear coat was missed , and 2 dimples on my thumb nail. A guy did them. Will not go back ever again. Waste of $35!

Before even looking at my nails, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund… I went out of town for a week, and assumed they would do a good job… I’ve been very disappointed in customer service, and their professionalism is definitely at a low… at least ask me to come in and look at them before you tell me no. I’ll spend money in gas and the process to remove these bubbly nails elsewhere… greed doesn’t get you anywhere… I might have been more polite on the phone if they would have just asked me to come in before just blatantly telling me I’m wrong… I’m thinking I should apply for the job?
