If I could give -0 stars, I would. Nobody had their license in plain view(violation), and nobody knew how to do anything. While you are a student in school, you are taught the correct way to give a manicure, NEVER DO YOU CUT ANYONE’S CUTICLES DRY( NEVER SOAKED MY HANDS). WHEN I INFORMED HER SHE WAS DOING IT WRONG, SHE GOT A ATTITUDE AND SAID I DON’T KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT-HELLO, I AM A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST(LICENSE IN PLAIN VIEW). DON’T GO, RUN DON’T WALK. SAVE YOUR HANDS AND FEET. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN ALL THE VIOLATIONS GOING ON THERE

I suggest going on a Monday there was only one person before me. The nail tech took her time and did a good job. If you go from Wednesday on it too full and they rush to do the job and it’s sometimes sloppy.

the lady that painted my 2 yr old daughter toes did a good job! However, the other 2 . . . I don’t know if it’s because I went in a hour before closing & everybody was tired so I got crappy service or not but if that’s the case, you should give your absolute 100% the entire time. One of the ladies only gave me one coat, the polish ran over, & she didn’t even let the calius remover sit on my feet so it didn’t work. The lady that did my eyebrows rushed & didn’t trim at all. Maybe early in the morning or whenever they give 100% is a better performance day until then D-

I love how tina cleans your toes, she is so patient and understanding about your needs. My mom is diavetic and she is so gentle to her and cleans her up so good. We love her… is a missiong going all the way to canoga park but worth it… and Ivy she has just the touch for facials and eyebrows. Super shaped…
