I LOVE this place. They are reasonably priced and truly do an amazing job. There are so many colors to choose from and my tech Kelley is so friendly and talented. Also, nails can take a while so I appreciate the good shows they have on the TV with captions, so I can keep my mind occupied as the tech works on my nails. I always get compliments since I’ve been going here. Another thing I value is you can call or book online your appointment and they don’t make you wait. Your appointment time is the true time you get your nails done. Super happy I found this place.

I’ve been a couple of times. Andy did my original Pink and White set and a Pedicure. He took his time and did a wonderful job! I went back for a Fill and a Pedicure, and Tony took care of me. He was also very good! The ambiance is calming and they are definitely hygienic there. All members of the Staff are nice. I’ll be back…probably very soon!!

We got $40 pedicure. Paid extra for the one above the basic one in hopes to receive the extra services paid for (massage with the different lotions). It felt like it was more like an express pedicure. Probably thebshortedt pedicure I have ever received. No massage at all. Just rubbed lotion on our legs. Not even a small foot massage. Will not be going back. Honselty, I feel we were ripped off.

Critical: QualityI went in to try the dip powder for the first time. I was given a nail tech named John. I left extremely disappointed. The nail polish (dip powder) didn’t cover my entire nails so they look all messed up. On top of that I have red stuff on my fingers. This will be the last time I come to Pro Nails.Service: Manicure

I’ve had services here in the past and was satisfied. However today wasn’t the case. Staff was unprofessional, owner and nail tech were arguing. I was over charged for service I didn’t fully receive. The lady at the front super nice everyone actually the place is relaxing and clean but I dropped 105$ and within the first 3 days my gel polish was chiped off every nail on my right hand and one of my nails actually broke so unfortunately I’m not happy with the ultimate turnout on my nails but my pedicure turned out great so this is a tough review I wish I would have had time to call and get them fixed b4 my event but unfortunately they r 30 min away from my house
