I will never walk into this place again this is the second time I have went in to try to get my nails done and they were so rude to me. Tonight I went in to try to get my nail repaired there were no other costumers in there I asked about getting a repair they refused because I was not a normal customer so I asked if they could do a fill in and no they couldn’t. According to thier sign they were not closing for another hour an a half and I was told they could not do a fill in they were too busy… Noone I repeat no one was in there. THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER THERE!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueShowed her this picture and told me it was two hard to do. Then shaped my nails all uneven and messed up my left hand thumb. Was very rushed and I even had an appointment. I had 2 separate people do my nails because the lady kept leaving to do other things. I showed her the color I wanted since the picture was “to hard” to do and she then proceeded to pick up 2 colors that were not what I wanted. Ended up just choosing a random color and then they used the gel one that’s was visibly different from what I picked. They’re super sweet & my nails looked great. But it is sooooo loud in that shop! Makes it hard to just chill. Otherwise, no complaints. They’re very clean & Covid sanitation standards are rigorously upheld.

My wife went to Pro Nails for a full set manicure. The lady doing her nails could not understand what my wife wanted even down to the color. My wife even showed her the blue she wanted and came out with rose gold nails. Not wanting to make waves, she just let it happen and will not be going back.

So in the last 2 months the service has really went way down. I called and made an appointment a couple weeks ago drove all the way there started to pick out my color and they said that they had something to do after they got off work so my question was why not tell me that over the phone.? when you scheduled me so late and before I drove all the way there and they asked me if I could come back tomorrow. I really think that was very unprofessional and it was like they didn’t even want my business. It must be nice to be that financially stable to just be able to treat your customers that way.
