Terribly disappointed. Would not recommend. Going to have to get them re-done at another nail salon and pay again. Simple color with glitter – they were unable to do. No design at all, but they were not capable of giving me the same nails that I have been getting at the one on Green River. They said they “can’t do that here.” Acrylic nails

ABLEISM!! I’m outraged that they disrespected my youngest sister that has had a stroke that left her right side with very little mobility. She explained to the young man that the person that usually does her nails (who was out for vacation), has to guide her right hand where they need it and she doesn’t mind him doing so. He asked her if she could put her own hand in the nail dryer and she explained that she could if she picked it up with her left hand. He refused to give her a fill-in and said he would just remove her nails. She started to cry and he filed her nails off and charged her to do so! Getting her nails done is one thing that brings her pleasure and makes her feel pretty. I can’t believe how insensitive he was to her and he never addressed her crying. I intend to spread the word! Shame on you!

Ive had two different experiences at this salon. The first time Tom gave me a beautiful set of acrylics even though it was late at night and almost closing time. The second time i got a different nail tech. At first everything was going great, he shaped my nails and i wanted to make sure we were on the same page about how i wanted the shape. i attempted to say, “can you shape them a little rounder” but before i could even finish he cuts me off and yells “I KNOW I KNOW” now at this point im getting emotional because of the unnecessary yelling that’s going on. when he comes back he begins to file my nails and has a death grip on my hands. i felt as if he was angry at me for trying to ask him a question. when he was painting my nails he did a messy job, and there is specks of glitter in my french manicure that were not supposed to be there. the bad nail tech is in the very top left corner of the salon. he was very disrespectful and it was frustrating that teenagers aren’t given the same customer service as adults.

I went with a friend that has a disability on her right side from a stroke and they treated her with disrespect, made her cry and then took her nails off instead of giving her the fill in she wanted. I won’t go back. Acrylic nails

I have a close friend that is handicapped that got very poor service from this facility and was also humiliated from her experience! And was still charged for their services. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This is my fifth time going and I’ve gotten the same techs for the last few times, both have been great. My pedi tech is great, very polite and meets my needs each time. It’s a standard pedi nothing fancy and the massage time is wonderful. For my nails I do the SNS dip powder, also no complaints. The Male tech is exceptionally friendly and one of the more outgoing of techs there. The work is perfect, I’ve not had any issues and love the dip formula. Both techs have been spot on in meeting my requests regarding length and shaping. I did only give it four stars because one time, my second visit I had a Male tech for a pedicure (not the same as above) and he was too harsh in removing my cuticles causing me to bleed. Plus there have been a couple times I’ve gone during a peak hour and have had to wait, I just go on one of the low traffic hours from Google and haven’t had any wait time longer than 10 minutes now. Overall this is a great little place to just get your nails and treat yourself.
