Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time here and my experience was not the best. A price list should be made available for customers to see upon entering. Staff it as not friendly at all. I watched three customers walk out due to the lack of customer service. The Nail Tech tried to over charge me. $40 for a fill-in and one broken nail is an over kill.I happened to be in the area and decided to stop here for a fill-in. I highly regret choosing this location. Their credit card machine didn’t work upon trying. I also had to argue with the staff after being over charged.I don’t have a problem paying for any service I receive. However, I’ll never over pay when I know I’m being over charged. First time here and my experience was not the best. A price list should be made available for customers to see upon entering. Staff it as not friendly at all. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityNew to Salisbury and looking for a nail salon so I google and read a few reviews and decided to try this location it says they open at 9am which is perfect I had an appointment at 12.. I pull up at 9:06 am it’s dark so I call they pick up and I ask what time are you all opening she said well what you need done not sure why that mattered but I tell her a fill in and eyebrows she proceeds to tell me you should’ve called ahead with the cold weather ….. I’ve never ever heard that in my life and it says walk in welcome. New to Salisbury and looking for a nail salon so I google and read a few reviews and decided to try this location it says they open at 9am which is perfect I had an appointment at 12.. I pull up at 9:06 am it’s dark so I call they pick up and I ask what time are you all opening she said well what you need done not sure why that mattered but I tell her a fill in and eyebrows she proceeds to tell me you should’ve called ahead with the cold weather ….. The guy that I got kept trying to get me to get something that was more expensive than what I wanted, which I surly didn’t appreciate. $40 is MORE than enough for what I received. And they don’t tell you that they charge an additional $5 due to covid. It was hidden behind a sign up at the front desk!! I told the guy before he started that I had sensitive skin and bleed easy, and he still nicked me twice and made me bleed! He rushed and didn’t care what he was doing. NONE of my nails were shaped the same (oval) and 2 or 3 are completely uneven. This was my first visit here and I will surly not be returning in the future.I did also want to mention that the girl that my friend had, did a much better and more thorough job. Came in to get my nails done for my best friends wedding. The guy that I got kept trying to get me to get something that was more expensive than what I wanted, which I surly didn’t appreciate. $40 is MORE than enough for what I received. Critical: QualityThey ruined my nails and I just went for a manicure 3 months ago. Nail are splitting,Peeling and breaking!!!SLOW service. Pretty sure the don’t use an autoclave to sterilize their instruments. I will NEVER go back!
