Worst haircut of my life. I wanted a simple 3 inches off and a few layers. Linda cut nearly 5 inches, was obviously not straight and choppy layers. Looks horrible and I am very low maintenance with my hair. By the end I wouldn’t let her fix it as she kept cutting and cutting and I didn’t want it any shorter so going elsewhere to fix. Haircut

Had a worst experience today at this place. Annie was very unprofessional, she started using trimmer to cut my forehead hair, asked why, she started arguing that I had told her to do so (which I dint). She went on saying she is from Vietnam and she is fed up of hearing customer complaints and does not bother even if I complaint her behavior to anyone or add a review. I started feeling if I was the Customer or if she was. No refund was also given for my horrific experience. Avoid avoid avoid this place and avoid Annie as your barber.

I called in to ask if they were available at the time mentioned because I have time constraint being a mom of two. I reached in exact time and bothe the ladies working had clients. I thought she must be already done as she was ironing her clients hair. It was 10 minutes already and I checked to see and saw her cutting again. I though she must be done, may be she was just giving final touches. 20 minutes in and I thought I was already here and would wait. I happens to end up waiting 43 minutes in total.

Both me and my mom have come here for years. It started with the occasional trim/clean up and eventually we both started going pixie cut or shorter. I went by today and only had a very short wait. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name(Thanks to my own issue of being blind without glasses) but she understood what I wanted and did an excellent job!
