Absolutely the worst polish change I’ve ever received. Bubbles under the polish probably due to their old top coat, the manicurist didn’t even cover my entire nail with polish. She had the gall to charge me $15 for a simple 3 minute polish change! When I politely mentioned that they didn’t look very good, she was incredibly rude and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE! Yikes.

So this is my first time coming here because i heard great things about it! so once i got seated the lady was amazing had somewhat of an attitude..but during the process of getting my nails done she starts saying how bad she is…which worried me a little bit but i had faith..and she would say how bad she is at putting the stuff on my nails..but so far it looks good…but when we got to her filing my nails down i notice she left the bumpy and i have some nails that are different shapes ..i also have that is crooked…but i’m pretty sure that is my finger because my finger is a little werid so i didn’t mind that…but overall my nails are chipping after 2 day…not to mention i had to pay 80

So the first day I walked in a lady took her time in the back talking and eating while I sat there and waited. The next time I came in the nail tech was doing his nails while sitting right in front of me and then started to do my nail with the same utensil. Once I corrected him, he changed it out. Then he tried to do my nail the way he wanted instead of what I asked. Then he charged me $25 more dollars then what an actual fill in cost. I used to love this nail salon but there’s been too many things happening. Maybe a new staff should come in or they should polish it up a little to make it better for their customers. I don’t see myself returning.

I started going here in 2014-15. The workers used to be so pleasant. The last time I visited this nail shop the slender tall nail technician was very rude to me and my sister in-law! I will never return. She raised her voice at my sister in-law after my sister in-law asked her a simple question.

First let me say i have really bad social anxiety. I went in with stiletto inch nails and came out with stubs covered in “let me see your manager” polish. I asked for 3 nail repairs and a polish change. I normally bring my polish but i forgot and said no biggie I’ll just pick one there. I had my son with me and had to go to work in About 2 hours. Thought I’d be in and out. She said i think you should cut them down because of your work. I reluctantly agreed but asked that she keep them pointy. She didn’t She made them squared. I asked for regular polish as the gel can only be taken off by drill. She got a attitude. I asked for a specific color (sienna/ dark orange) as i was in a wedding party and she came back woth blood red. I thought the lighting had made it look reddish but not that it was red. She literally picked thewrong color up after i refused theother colors SHE PICKED….and kept telling her the one i needed. But she asked me to pay before she painted them…….everything about this visit was wrong. I couldn’t leave fast enough. She didn’t really listen but charged me 23 for what should have been a 15 buck job. My son was there and i had to go to work. Not to mention SOCIAL ANXIETY from being in a salon. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place was the worse. I hate red.
