It doesn’t matter whether you received hair extensions from Primp and Blow, we’ll remove them with the proper technique and with total care. This is extremely important. I hate leaving poor reviews but I want to save someone else from the disappointment or hassle I’ve experienced. I got my makeup done last week for family photos. The makeup was terrible. I looked like I had caked on foundation and it was far from the right color. I didn’t feel like I looked like myself at all, the makeup was more clown/Halloween style. Needless to say, as soon as I got home I was scrubbing my face to wash the makeup off and then hurry to redo it myself in time for my photoshoot. What a waste of $65. I’ve tried reaching the salon to see about getting some type of credit/refund for the poor service but no one picked up the phone. Also, there is no customer service email address to bring the issue up privately. Really disappointed.

Dara was my hairstylist. She did a great job. A bit of confusion on the Happy Hour price of $35. I specifically made my appointment for the designated time and and when I checked out, they charged me $50. They did correct the price, but they said that when I book on line or on the phone I have to indicate I want the Happy Hour price. Seems a bit odd.
