Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWorse experience ever. I made an appt. Did no good. Nail tech was rude with an attitude. She and I went back and forth. Then the manager jumped in and she tried to discipline me rather than her employee. Then the water for a pedicure wasn’t hot. Manager told us to go across the street – which we will and I suggest other do too. Then she took my debit card. I entered my PIN and she wrote my drivers license down. She said something about it being over $100 but I used my PIN so I am concerned. That is how identity fraud starts. My nails and my girls nails are fine but the experience was awful. My son and mom got nothing because of the chaos and lack of hot water. And one daughter didn’t get her manicure. This was my second visit there. Worse experience ever. I made an appt. Did no good. Nail tech was rude with an attitude. She and I went back and forth. Then the manager jumped in and she tried to discipline me rather than her employee. Then the water for a pedicure wasn’t hot. Manager told us to go across the street – which we will and I suggest other do too. Then she took my debit card. I entered my PIN and she wrote my drivers license down. Critical: Professionalism, ValueVery poor customer service. Made a reservation for a mani, pedi, and eyebrows. The owner and I had an entire conversation about dip nails and prices. Upon my arrival, I signed in and told the owner which services I scheduled an appointment for prior to my arrival. The owner instructed her employee to start on my pedicure. Once that employee was done she informed the owner that it was time for my manicure. By that time, the owner accepted another customer then claimed “she was unaware I needed a manicure.” She thought I only needed a pedicure with eyebrows. I tried to explain to her I set an appointment and we clarified which serviced I needed over the phone. She became upset and started screaming over me. She admitted she didn’t write it down in her books correctly and she ASSUMED another customer was with me and we were paying together. She blamed me for not letting her know I was a single customer and she no longer had time to do my eyebrows. I don’t understand how I’m the blame for walking in at the same time as another customer. We signed in separately and two separate transactions. This is not the first time I was not able to receive full services due to lack of customer service and consistency in their hours. Very poor customer service. Made a reservation for a mani, pedi, and eyebrows. The owner and I had an entire conversation about dip nails and prices. Upon my arrival, I signed in and told the owner which services I scheduled an appointment for prior to my arrival. The owner instructed her employee to start on my pedicure.
