I will NEVER return to this shop. The owner did my nails and she was rough! I didn’t day anything when she did my pedicure, but when we got to the nail station she was so rough that she cut my skin while filing and cutting my nails. I told her she was pretty rough and all she could say was that she was doing her best. I wanted my eyebrows done also, initially, but decided against as I couldn’t believe that the shop owner could not perform a simple pedicure and gel fill. My feet looked horrible as she cut my toe nails down way to low. My hands had polish and acrylic on my skin after she finished. The place was so cold that I couldn’t even put my feet on the flor as I was getting my nails down. I told her it was cold too. The water to wash my hands was also cold. I got in my car and pulled off after I paid. My hands looked and felt so bad that I turned around and went back inside to show her how horrible of a job she did. She said she didn’t know why she was so off that day, November 7th 2022, but she wanted to fix my hands. Needleless to say I left without getting my eyebrows waxed and I will never go back. I should’ve knew something was up as she was the only person there and no other clients.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCame in to get a take off and new set. Nail tech was very unprofessional. She stayed on the phone the entire time. She was rough taking my old set off. Kept telling her it was painful and she just kept saying “ok, ok” but nothing changed. She was aggressive filing my nails and on top of that kept running back and forth from the front to her station. No one should come here to do there nails. The woman who did my acrylic nails did a messy job and I specifically told her I wanted my nails looking thin and there bulky. I went to the nail salon asking for diamond shape nails , I did not receive what I asked for ! Friday night (12/27/19) , there was only two people working , the old lady that did my nails , completely messed up my nails , she did not shape them properly , after I repeatedly told her it was wrong . She also did not even try to clean up my nails after polishing them . The shape that I asked her was diamond , but she did this type of “squoval ” shape , which in fact were extremely crooked / uneven all over ! I was very upset with my experience . At the end the owner and I were in a heated conversation about the end result , at which she did not see the wrongdoing of the nail tech ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!

Honestly, this place is the worst place to go to do anything. Am taking about nails, lashes, and massages. You will truely waste your money. One of the lady that work there first was nice but when she is tired she get angry and doesnt want to do her job right. She doesnt know how to do lashes at all. She will put glue all over the fake lashes. I mean all over. I have never seen that before. I know that to put on fake lashes you must put the glue only on the tip the part that sticks to your natural lashe. But this lady would put glue on the part that sticks on the natural lashe then after she finish she puts it all over the lashe. I had a friend that also told me that she would never go there again because they did not massage her right and when she complain they got mad and didnt care. She stated she would not go there again and I diffinately wont go there anymore. Their service is very poor. Expensive for no reason. There are better places that do a great job and are reasonable in price. Today, i finally find me a better place. Pretty Hair and Nail please close business because your services are worthless.
