She had her smiling the whole time. With my haircut all I had to do was show her a pic and she got it perfect. Conversation was also very easy and genuine. I had the best haircut of my life yesterday by Melissa m. She did my daughter’s first haircut and she was so great with her. She had her smiling the whole time. I asked her to color match my highlights (light brown) with my natural color (dark brown), and she dyed my hair black!!! Not even close to my natural hair color! It was absolutely awful. This was my first time going to prestige salon and I had read really good reviews. However, I’m hoping this ones helps more than the ones I read. I asked her to color match my highlights (light brown) with my natural color (dark brown), and she dyed my hair black!!! Not even close to my natural hair color! It was absolutely awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and made an appointment at this salon for just a simple haircut and i had never been before so I didn’t know the woman who was supposed to be doing my hair (whoever I spoke to on the phone who said she had 2:30 available and would write me in). I got to the salon at 2:20, and no one even acknowledged my existence when I walked in. I didn’t know what to do and felt super awkward since I was ignored so I just sat down on the couch in the front. I sat there for the next 25 minutes waiting to be taken back for my appointment (or maybe just for someone to even speak to me to ask who I was seeing or something) but 2:45 rolled around and still no one had even remotely treated me like a human being much less a paying customer. I called a different salon and made an appointment for the next day right there in the lobby and left. No idea how their hairstylists do because they all thought so little of me as to act like I wasn’t worth their time. Garbage service.
