Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThe receptionist was rude. We scheduled a “couples massage”. we showed up 15 minutes early as directed. Then, they got there and opened the doors at 10 am, the time they open. When we went to checkin the receptionist implied that we were in separate rooms and was that ok? When I said I thought we booked a couples massage she acted as if we had inconvenienced her. she left us twice to go back and forth with the massage therapists. She explained how they didn’t plan on doing a couple massage in one room for us and we would put their whole schedule behind. She made us feel guilty and like we were going to mess up their whole schedule for the day. she then showed us to the rooms to change. we were scheduled for one hour massages which they cut short as we were checking in at 10. We had our massages that were pretty good, but definitely not the best we’ve ever had. we took showers and paid and everything and were out to our car at 11. I would say that they cut our hour massages short. I feel that they didn’t not honor us as customers in the way they treated us and due to US inconveniencing Them they cut our services short. We will not return, and definitely don’t recommend them to anyone especially couples that want to enjoy a relaxing massage together.The receptionist was rude. Positive: ProfessionalismElaine was extremely professional and so nice. She was very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to more laser treatments with her for my rosacea. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and what I thought might be painful was actually a VERY relaxing experience. Elaine was extremely professional and so nice. She was very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to more laser treatments with her for my rosacea. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and what I thought might be painful was actually a VERY relaxing experience. The treatments are also much more reasonable in cost than I thought they would be.
