l personally have loved my experience. The girls are always happy. They explained what each bed was for. Let’s face it they have some high end tanning beds now days. I couldn’t say bad things about the current crew. The tours are amazing. As a business owner myself. These ladies are killing it at customer service and education behind the beds.

Store manager was very sales pitchy when I asked about spray tan packages. I get that that selling style works but your employees should read the room better and be more personal about it. I didn’t need a laundry list of all the benefits of each machine. After she gave me an in-depth tour on machines I wasn’t interested in, she showed me the laminated paper with prices and when I asked for a pamphlet with the prices so I could take it with me, she didn’t have one. So I asked to take a picture on my phone of the price sheet. She seemed uncomfortable by the face she made and replied that they were on the website. I said, well I just want to have it on my phone. And before I left she mentioned the prices were, again, on the website if I forgot. It was just a weird interaction that I wasn’t enjoying. I left and won’t be back. I have been to other Premier Tans and never has my experience been so pushy or uncomfortable.

Recently they just removed all levels 1 beds and forced those members to pay 3 and 4 times more per month than they were normally paying. Emails to customer service go unanswered. The girls in the salon are friendly but always harassing you to buy expensive lotions. Recently they just removed all levels 1 beds and forced those members to pay 3 and 4 times more per month than they were normally paying. Emails to customer service go unanswered. I was a customer for years but I cancelled my account and went elsewhere and am very happy I did. Very unprofessional.

I have had to go back and edit my review … your place is is not running at 100% right now … I know the pandemic has hit us all in different ways but I feel there is a lack of employees, the flow is very slow, and for the first time ever I started my bed, level 5, and a bulb was out, this was a bed told to me that had the newest bulbs. I am a regular customer and have definitely seen some not good changes in the operation lately.

Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Walked me through the process and explained each type of bed and the two spray booths. I did a cocktail (bed and booth) for a wedding and based on the staffs recommendations I had a lovely tan for a wedding I was a part of the following weekend! Highly recommend!
