Prema is a Sanskrit word that means Divine Love. Prema’s mission is to bring love and compassion to everyone through the healing art of massage therapy. We invite to take a moment to renew your mind, body and soul with us. To better suit your self care needs our dedicated and experienced Massage Therapists will provide a customized 60, 90, or 120 minute session. As a complimentary gift, the use of a massage gun can be added on all body work and massages.

Cathy is amazing! Unlike other masseuses, she takes the time to find out what stresses could be causing the tightness or aches. Then during the session, she will continue to work to release it and potentially use cupping if needed. She isn’t one to clock watch or limit the session if you need more time. After the session, she takes time to follow up with you and see how you feel. She really cares about her clients and is passionate about her work. She is a true energy healer and you will walk away feeling balanced and refreshed.

I have booked a massage for my mom as she was having issues with her sciatic nerve and has diabetes. I told Helen what my mom wants and needs as she always wanted a massage and hasn’t had one in a few years. It was easy to book online and message any therapist for special instructions and any request that we can ask for. Helen did above and beyond than what a “normal” massage therapist does. I picked up my mom and she felt like a new person. She wasn’t in a lot of pain and she felt relaxed. The therapist and environment is very relaxing and I recommend 10/10. Thank you guys!
