Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe fact that this is the first review that I have ever posted online should be taken as a reliable indicator as to the outrage I am feeling toward the management/ownership of Pouran Salon and their business practices. My mother, a 92 year old resident of North Shore Towers, was taken advantage of by this establishment simply because they could. When I called to complain about what was an obviouslyinadequatelyperformed haircut I was initially ignored. Only after several days of continued persistence on my part was I able to speak to the owner. Unfortunately, any hope of a satisfactory resolution was quickly extinguished by her offensive and belligerent defense of her establishment’s unconscionable behavior.To think that a business that caters to a captive elderly population would prey on that clienteleby taking advantageof those with physical debility and mental decline demonstrates an egregiousviolation of that business’ trust and responsibility.
