Absolutely great service. Lovely clean nail salon with the largest option of colors. Does waxing as well. All reasonable prices. Walk-ins are welcome, but I recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Paying with cash is appreciated.

They got us in rather quickly which was nice. They were very nice. But the problem was I paid for the “European spa” which was the most expensive pedicure because I wanted the full spa treatment. 15 min massage etc….it was like a 3 min massage, no mask, so I basically got the basic package for the European spa price. I did ask the nail tech about it and she said she had given the European spa treatment but she didn’t. I tipped her still because my nails look great. Just be aware of this.

Went in for gel French tip manicure/pedicure. Lady (Kim) that did my pedicure was fantastic!! Fast, friendly and efficient! Lady that did my manicure was HORRIBLE! Would not ever go back to her.

I had a great pedicure here a few months ago. I decided to make an apt for a pedicure and dip manicure so I could get the same lady who did my first pedicure. Unfortunately, they did not give me the same lady as I requested when I made my apt. The lady who did my dip completely botched them. She made them so short that my fingertips are now red and sore. The manager came over and assured me I wouldn’t have pain “after a week” and they would grow back. She blamed “the lighting”. In the end, they had to file down the dip powder further weakening my nails, and applied gel on top, which was not what I asked for. Most of my fingers are now sore because of how aggressively and short she filed them. I was not going to write a negative review, but they argued with me over paying full price for the manicure which I refused.

Made an appointment with two different techs a month in advance, I showed up and neither person was there and the employees working made me wait 15 minutes before telling me. It was 10am on a Wednesday morning. I have tried using this place many times over the years and they always disappoint and are unapologetic and unprofessional. They could have called me to reschedule, but they just want money. The worst part for me was their attitude when I asked how long I would have to wait for someone to help me, rolling their eyes and treating me like I’m the problem instead of just trying to make it right. 100% do not recommend.

I just spent nearly 3 hours of my day wasted bc the scheduler messed up the time. I watched customers come and go while I sat with my nails in acitone.. and my nails dont even look like the color i picked! I will never go back to this place! My girl left 2 years ago and this place has fallen apart! Sad!

While visiting from out of state, I broke 2 nails down so low I was in terrible pain! Vivian fixed them pretty painlessly and I am so relieved! She did an excellent job and everyone in the salon was very friendly!

Not only do appointments mean nothing, but even when you call and ask for CURRENT availability they say “ok, come in now.” I was there in 3 minutes after calling, place was full, no one helped me. This has happened 4 times, so I’m done.
