After not having a haircut or color in at least five years, I was pretty nervous. Katie was AMAZING and instantly put me at ease. I trusted her completely for suggestions on both the haircut and the color (which was done a couple of weeks later). I have received a ton of compliments, and the fresh cut has given me a boost of confidence that I really needed. In addition, I was happy to see that they were still taking Covid precautions seriously. I have already booked my next appointment.

Do not go here for a special occasion hairdo. Terrible job with my hair and the wedding party. My daughter and I even made an appointment for a trial run a month earlier. I expected her to do a full style. She did not but said she understood what we wanted. The day of the wedding, I reminded her again of what I wanted, hair high on the crown of my head and fancy curls and tendrils coming down the back. All I got was a glorified messy bun. I repeatedly told her to use a lot of hairspray because it was very windy that day. I left to get my dress and by the time I returned, you could not tell I had my hair (supposedly), professionally done. Also, the girls in the wedding were not happy with their hair. I DO NOT recommend Polished on Main for your hair.
