Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe first picture is what I asked for and the second picture is what I got. The woman who worked on my nails did not take her time and rushed the whole process. When I told her I was not happy with the results she got very defensive and told me the only other option was to cut them all off or knock off $5. The first picture is what I asked for and the second picture is what I got. The woman who worked on my nails did not take her time and rushed the whole process. When I told her I was not happy with the results she got very defensive and told me the only other option was to cut them all off or knock off $5. I will not be returning but I completely recommend the nail salon across the street called ‘New Nails’ . They take time and pride into there work and have great service

Overall, a nice experience towards the end that started off rocky in the beginning. I took my daughter to get her nails done as a reward for not biting them. At first, the technician was cold and slightly rude. After a while, she started opening up more and continued the conversation with my daughter who wouldn’t stop talking. I’d recommend and come back.

When in an hour before closing and they still let me in. Needed to take off old acrylic and got a manicure and the man who was doing it was amazing. He was so gentle, not once did he over file, nor pulled my cuticle till it hurt, it was just awesome.

Horrible !! I paid $50 . When she took off my old set she didn’t even soak off or she didn’t take them off nicely . She was taking them off with nail tips! the lady burned me with the glue . The size of both thumbs came out uneven , one was shorter the other one was longer . No nail oil or lotion was given . The lady just finished with me and left . Not worth it . I will never come by again !!!
