I don’t usually leave reviews but with this being new and something with Anthony Vince, I went in for a full set over $100 in services over the weekend and one of the nails broker. I went back today to ask for it to be fixed and the manager was incredibly rude about it, literally had to get into an argument to get her to take 3 minutes to fix a nail. I have been on three other times and the customer service is just not there. On other occasions I listened to the manager talk negatively about other customers after they left – I’m sure I am on her list now too: lol. Anthony Vince is so good at making you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. When everything else is equal, feeling valued is important and I won’t be back here after witnessing how rude she is and now experiencing it myself.

I love, love, love this place. This just became my new heaven spot for my nails. My daughter and I went in to get our nails done for her birthday. I also decided to get a pedicure while I was there. I love nail art and told them exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautiful. All the ladies were so nice and fun to talk to! I felt like I was talking to a good friend. The service we received was very quality and the prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Excellent! My regular manicure stayed on for a week! Tracy took time to file my nails to perfection. Every side, curve, cuticle was tended to. I never had my nails polished and filed so well.

Everyone here is super nice and today I came in and showed a picture of some nails I like and they replicated them perfectly! Helen did my nails and she is great at acrylics! Also did them relatively fast. Thank you!

This is the worst nail spa I have ever been too! We booked an 11:00 appt for 5 and the gladly took us when we got here the next day there were 3 people working and someone was here already so there were 2 workers. They also did and AWFUL job on my friends nails to the point where I went to my usual place. I was trying a new place I totally regret it. I’m going to stick to my normal place flip flop nails I’m Sandy 1000% recommend. NEVER EVER COME HERE!

I cannot stress enough about AWFUL this place is. Seriously the worst customer service i’ve ever received at a nail salon. – would not pay attention or listen when explaining what I wanted for my nails, that IM PAYING FOR. They were in such a hurry, I came in at at 6 PM, they close at 7 and only needed a simple gel manicure. The manager (young male) was very nice but the younger female is SO SO SO RUDE. I’ve never experienced anything like it before 0/10!

The workers were pretty nice but I paid $70 about a month ago for acrylics that lifted in one week. I definitely won’t be coming back. It was $70 for plain pink nails. There was nothing special about them and they were not even the color I asked for. At the end of it I had to venmo rather than use my card because there would be an “extra fee” for using me card. This is just dumb. Definitely don’t come here. It’s not worth your time or money
