my mom has been here twice before for a pedicure and told me that they were super aggressive but today i tried them and it really sucked. my nail tech was super mean and aggressive hurting my fingers many times. she was super rushed (full set done in 20 mins) and did a very sloppy job and didn’t take time to listen to what i wanted (didn’t get the right color and stuff like that) she made me feel bad every time i tried speak up abt what she was doing wrong and i ultimately left unsatisfied. the only reason i’m giving 2 stars is because the interior of this salon is very pretty and aesthetic. so yeah i don’t recommend this place and i’m never coming again

I just moved to east mark and Came in for my for time to do a gel manicure. After 1 day of coming in the gel peeled off two of my fingers. As the week continued they eventually all came off. I took 5 days to be able to make it back to the salon since I do keep a busy schedule. When I walked in they informed me I needed to a schedule with the nail tech that had originally done the gel manicure, so she can fix what the problem was. I had no problem and I did that and came back. As I checked in they informed me I had to pay in full since I didn’t come in with in 2 days.

This place requires an appointment now to get services, so I call to set one up and arrive on time only to wait for about 30 minutes before asking when I will be seen and then told it will be about 15 minutes… I left. If you are requesting for people to make appointments it is best to uphold the appointment time. I will use one of the other 18 nail salons in the area.

This place is awesome! I had an emergency as my previous nail technician cancelled on me and I promised my daughter she would get her toes done. I called and scheduled an appointment for full set and child pedicure. We showed up and were seen right away. Tuan was so great! He was super careful with taking off my old set and making sure he did not hurt me and really took his time. I told him that I like super short nails and he suggested a dip which I never have done. Normally I do gel acrylic. Anyways, they came out fantastic and natural looking just what I was hoping for My daughter enjoyed her plush pedicure and got a little design on her toe. Great service and attention to detail! Definitely will be going back ❤️
