Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLane is a very amazing guy. I saw the reviews on google of people saying that he is awesome and I didnt want to go back to my old stylist since they had messed up my hair. I needed it fixed before my moms birthday and even though he was booked he stayed over late to help fix my hair and then he treated me like his own family. I was amazed. While I was waiting I got to speaking to the customers who are all extreamly nice as well and treated me like family even though I was new.He does kids hair too so I plan on bringing my daughter here as well. Lane is a very amazing guy. I saw the reviews on google of people saying that he is awesome and I didnt want to go back to my old stylist since they had messed up my hair. I needed it fixed before my moms birthday and even though he was booked he stayed over late to help fix my hair and then he treated me like his own family. I was amazed. Critical: QualityI went for a just a root touch up and the man had me sit with the bleach in my hair while he went back and fourth doing three other peoples hair at once. (I had an appointment & was on time). I left with wet hair , didn’t blow dry or style at all, & my hair was so dry. He fried my hair & all my hairs been falling out ever since. Luckily have a few strands still standing. I went for a just a root touch up and the man had me sit with the bleach in my hair while he went back and fourth doing three other peoples hair at once. (I had an appointment & was on time). I left with wet hair , didn’t blow dry or style at all, & my hair was so dry. He fried my hair & all my hairs been falling out ever since. Luckily have a few strands still standing.
