My stylist Cameron was fantastic! Cut my hair and wasn’t satisfied so I told her to do whatever she feels will look best and be low maintenance for me. She did a fabulous cut and style! I’m able to wash and go which is exactly what I wanted. Making an appointment for color and highlights: On top of being a great stylist, she is super friendly! Actually everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommend. In fact, I referred a friend and she has already made an appointment. Fabulous salon and atmosphere at Platinum!

I was lucky enough to acquire an appointment with Anne that someone had to cancel. Anne was exactly on time. She spent time listening to what I wanted, as well as gave her opinion on how to get my hair healthy and in shape. The salon itself is fun. It was like a night out with the girls for me. I left with my hair looking great and feeling soft and silky. I so appreciate feeling better about myself after being at Platinum Salon!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Charissa did my hair for my wedding and I had an amazing experience with her. She was willing to do a trial and adjust for my actual wedding day. I have a LOT of hair, and she still managed to pull off my dream hairstyle! My updo stayed in place through all of the wedding day festivities and reception dancing. I have a sensitive head but Charissa asked if I was comfortable and shifted Bobby pins to make sure nothing was stabbing me. I was comfortable and happy all day. Definitely reach out if you’re looking for a hairstylist who cares about what you want!

I brought my daughter for a hair cut with Anne. Her hair is extremely long and gorgeous so she was very anxious. Anne was the only person she was going to allow to cut it. We even drove 45 minutes to get there. She was comfortable enough to let Anne cut several inches off of her hair and cut layers. It looks so healthy and beautiful. Platinum not only has talented stylists, but an atmosphere where someone anxious can trust that they are listened to and respected. On top of that, I relaxed, had coffee, and read a magazine. Everyone was friendly but my stylist Cameron was amazing. She did a spiral perm and cut we talked and laughed all afternoon.Then she sent me a personal text to thank me and give me a few more care instructions. I had a consultation scheduled for 7:30 pm tonight. Okay I understand hair stylist run behind but I waited 15 minutes and no one even bothered to come to say I’m so sorry your stylist is running longer than we anticipated. Like if someone would’ve come up and said that it would have been nice and respectful. My hair studio from where I’m from even though I moved up here, did that even if it was someone else who came up to let me know. Very disappointed because I’ve heard great things about this place and to wait 15 minutes with no update. And I’m pretty sure her client left and she just disappeared. Which was before the 15 minute of waiting. I hope no one experiences this.
