So far have had great experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone is very patient with me and answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I just started the Hot Yoga this week and it’s been an amazing experience. The facials are great. Definitely recommend this Spa to anyone wanting to improve their overall appearance.

As a new member to planet beach I must say that I’m completely impressed at the variety of services they offer and how friendly and informative all of the staff are. I especially love the newest addition to the spa Hotworx which I’ve been going to since last month and I’m obsessed I’ve never felt better and I’m also really looking forward to some of the new classes starting this month. This spa is definitely a must try you will not regret it!

Service was fantastic until I requested to cancel because I’m never in town during their business hours. I have not used facility in 6 -8 weeks already. I was told I still have to pay $99 cancellation fee or continue to provide 60 days notice.

I was apart of the Planet Beach fit challenge a few months back and had an awesome experience there. Megan, Alyssa and Carmen were all so informative when it came to helping me out and reaching my goals. Absolutely loved my experience here!! The atmosphere is great! Very warm and welcoming! The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Great prices and I leave feeling so amazing! Definitely need to give it a try if you haven’t!!
