I used to like this place – clean, affordable, quick. But I recently had one bad experience with a very rude technician…rolled her eyes at me, passive aggressive remarks…i was very uncomfortable and after my pedicure, ended up canceling my original service for a full no-chip manicure so I could leave as quickly as possible. I will not be returning unfortunately. 2 stars instead of 1 b/c of the pros I mentioned.

Very nice and clean shop. My pedicure was also very good however, the vibe is stale and the technician was visibly annoyed that the manager asked her to work. She was quiet the entire time, literally the only thing she said to me was “you pay now” before I even got to sit down at the drying station. I told her I would pay as soon as I was done drying and she rolled her eyes and walked off. If they could match their energy with the craftsmanship, this place could easily be a 5/5

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent yesterday for a regular manicure and am extremely disappointed. The nail technician was EXTREMELY rude; did not engage in any conversation w me except to reprimand me when I asked her to polish my entire nail (as she had missed nearly a third of each one of my nails). Technician followed-up by saying “the nail polish is thick and lumpy,” not my problem- this was nail polish selected at their salon. It hasn’t even been 24 hrs and four of my nails are already chipped and the rest look like garbage. Could have done the same job at home for free and received more respect. The nail technician was EXTREMELY rude; did not engage in any conversation w me except to reprimand me when I asked her to polish my entire nail (as she had missed nearly a third of each one of my nails). Technician followed-up by saying “the nail polish is thick and lumpy,” not my problem- this was nail polish selected at their salon. I come here pretty frequently (once a month or so) for a basic Mani Pedi and I’m always satisfied with the quality. When I visit random salons in other cities, the polish is never applied as cleanly and the mani never lasts as long. I so appreciate the shoulder massage they do after the Mani. Overall, pretty solid and pretty on par in terms of cost.

Actually so rude. My person didn’t paint my entire nail. I do it better myself. I asked her to fix and she insisted they were fine. They don’t massage here more like a quick soft little rub. They don’t scrub your feet well. And they stopped the punchcard. I won’t come back.

I live around the corner from this nail salon so I tried to like this salon because it is so convienient to get to. My boyfriend and I came here and was turned down because they said they were closing soon, it was an hour before closing. That is fine because it is their business and I guess they can run it how they want. We came in again another day after making an appointment in which they booked us no problem. We asked for a manicure and pedicure for both of us. When we got there they were short staffed and couldn’t give us our pedicures at the same time.Which is understandable, sometimes that happens but what I really did not like was that the woman at the front desk decided to try giving one of us a pedicure clearly not knowing what she was doing. I watched her as I was sitting next to him. She was basically washing his feet and scrubbing it. She picked up the cuticle cutters and had no idea what she was doing. Very very unprofessional. Later after a technician was done with her customer ( my boyfriend feet had been dried and the water from the pedicure bowl drained) she came over and clipped his cuticles, taking off a lot of skin(it was his first pedicure and his feet had a lot to cut off) showing clearly that the women from the front desk was just poking my boyfriends feet with her clippers. Maybe it would have been better for them to tell us that they currently did not have proffesional technicians trained for the job available.
