A lot of the techs do a great job and I always recommend them, but the reason I give 1 star unfortunately is because my daughter just got a fill and the next day 2 fall off so I call to explain the issue and ask if I can bring her in to have them fixed and the owner took it to a total different level very upset. If you have a complaint save yourself the time and don’t say anything otherwise you will be looking for a new place because she does not appreciate her customers when they complain about the service they received.

The shop is clean, warm environment, professional and well staffed. Tina did a beautiful job on my fill but was on her phone for the first 10 min and then when done just got up and walked away without a word. I will go back because, like I said, they do a beautiful job and I’m not there for a social event. Haha

I have come here several times to try and give this place chances and hope I feel different when I do, mostly due to convenience. This place is not relaxing whatsoever. I feel stressed and rushed every time I am there. The nail techs are always rushing and they do not make you feel welcome either. The last time I was there, I asked for oval nails and they came out almond shaped. When I pay $100 for a gel pedicure, and an acrylic set of nails- I expect to walk out happy and relaxed and with this shop I did not (multiple times).

Visit 1 in 2022: Owner’s English is excellent so there’s no excuse for his aloofness (never acknowledged my comments or questions). Also his gel manicure didn’t start far enough back so looked like 1 week’s growth already. Visit 2 in 2022: Lady missed base coat on 1 toe, top coat on another toe, and didn’t see that toes were overlapping so a toe was on top of wet polish. I had to point out all 3 things. Same lady/visit when removing old mani gel, after 10 min of acetone on my fingers and she with another customer, I asked how much longer as my fingers were going to turn white. She said 10-15 more minutes!!!! After about 7 more minutes, Jimmy (the rude owner) took over and finished my gel mani, not thoroughly removing the prior gel, covering it with extra coat of new gel, and again looking like 1 week growth. I had an appt so no excuse for lady not finishing my mani.
