Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got my nails done 6 days ago. Not even a week and a nail fell off. It didn’t brake but fell off completely. Above that they’re thin, the shape is so uneven, nails on one hand are longer than the other. During the process I pointed out they were too thin and I was told they were fine. The area is pretty dirty. They used the same tools to clip/clean my nails that they did on the previous lady. The lady was sweet though which is why I didn’t want to write a bad review. I got my nails done 6 days ago. Not even a week and a nail fell off. It didn’t brake but fell off completely. Above that they’re thin, the shape is so uneven, nails on one hand are longer than the other. During the process I pointed out they were too thin and I was told they were fine. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had a great experience here at Pink Salon!! Not only were they on time for my appointment but the shop was clean and everyone was super friendly. I brought a picture and they were able to recreate exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. This is literally the first review that I have ever written for any establishment ever. I found this place on Google and went here by chance. I ended up finding my new favorite nail place. I have such a hard time getting the shape I want from my nail techs and they knew exactly what I was talking about and we’re so sweet and kind and it was a nice quiet environment. Will for sure be going again

This place is absolutely horrible. I went with two of my girlfriends to have a nail day and I was the last one to get my nails done because it was two sisters working and I believe their dad. The girl who did my nails, removed my previous set and she was ROUGH and rushed through the entire nail session. She skipped steps that EVERY other nail tech does. She didn’t give me the shape, design or color I wanted and she was extremely rude. I kept asking her to correct things and she gave me attitude and threw her head back then said “they look better than your long set”. My pedicure was done by her sister and her sister did am amazing job. I could tell she was trying to make up for her sisters lack of effort and professionalism. But I appreciated the foot massage and pedicure came out very cute! Also, I was way over charged!! I will NOT be back and I highly suggest you go somewhere else for your money’s worth.

Boyfriend got a pedicure and they cut them wayyy to short and it hurts. Like you can literally see the red part on the top of the nails. It hurts when he walks. That is not normal. Pedicure

Honestly expensive for basic nails you can definitely go somewhere cheaper for basic nails that won’t charge for every detail I paid $60 cute but not what I wanted, apparently they don’t know tapper square means small hole in the wall business only 3 workers there 2 that do nails and one who picks up and does register so I waited longer then my nails actually took, never again…✌

I actually had a pic of what I wanted and tech Ruby did an excellent job in getting my nails to look like the pic and what I wanted. She did an awesome job! I also had pedicure done. I was indecisive on the color and Rudy so helpful in helping me chose a color that matched my nails. I loved the fact that I was not pressured to getting gel.
