Love the environment! It was such a relaxing pedicure and manicure from the soft music to the warm towels used at different points of the process. Elena is very sweet and did an amazing job, you can tell she takes her time to do it just right. She made sure to frequently check that I was comfortable and happy with how my nails were being done. This is by far the best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had.

Elena gave me an AMAZING facial. She was so thorough and I felt like she used every option and tool for exfoliating and treating my skin. She was thorough but as tender as she could be with extractions and I really feel like she knows what she’s doing. Hopefully she will still be working there when I go back because I only want her! My husband got a deep tissue massage from a man whose name I can’t remember but he was fantastic as well. Very thorough and they were the best of friends afterwards lol! His pedicurist did an amazing job on his jungle feet and they looked like he’s been taking care of them for years (he has not) when she was done. Thank you Pia!! You guys were so awesome.

As a guy getting a facial because your woman ask you to is not what we normally do, however I did it anyway! It was an amazing experience, let me tell you. Leslie was the one who provided the service and she was absolutely amazing! Every step, my face felt cleaner and cleaner. After the face mask was put on, she massaged my hands, feet and arms while the face mask was drying. My experience here was second to none and if your reading this and your a guy, please do yourself a favor and book an appointment ASAP! They wont disappoint!

Every time I go to this location, my experience gets better and better. The front desk staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. I primarily get my eyebrows shaped there and Katie is nothing less than a genius! I get so many compliments on my eye brows, a feature I have never been complimented on before IN MY LIFE. She is so talented and so fun! I highly suggest Pia Westchase to anyone if you want to feel like a truly valued customer and look and feel great when you leave!

In looking back my previous review I wrote is over a year old. And I just want everybody to know how amazing PIA still is to me and the difference that the staff and services have made in my life. I originally went there to get my eyebrows shaped and Katie proved to be an expert and I continuously get compliments on how great they look. I also have extremely sensitive skin and I suffer from rosacea and am very self-conscious about it. I guess I should clarify and say that I was self-conscious because after consulting with Katie she encouraged me to get a facial. I was very hesitant but she is so well informed and educated that she convinced me. She spent a good hour listening to my concerns and was so patient and took everything that I said into consideration and helped me to customize a facial that would suit my skin and I will never look back as I have continued to get facials and my skin has improved tremendously. I truly have PIA, Dermalogica and most of all Katie to thank for my renewed confidence in my skin. And after the continuous treatment I have had with Katie my skin is far less sensitive and red, two statements I never thought I would be able to make. I highly recommend that you visit the spa in Westchase for anything from pampering to confidence renewal! Thank you Katie!!!!! #review #spa
