Absolutely professional, knowledgeable, friendly…like, everything you really want and need in a stylist, I would strongly recommend him for young teens, as well as adults, as ages 11-15 can be tricky, lol. I’ve used Phillip Pelusi for years and always received quality services but the lady answering the phone at the pleasant hills location is the reason I will not be booking again. Nice stylist but had no experience doing my type of hair even though salon told me she did. Service received not worth the cost because stylist had only 4yrs experience and over charged for haircuts. Also, my color did not turn out the way I wanted it!
