If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is OUTRAGEOUS. $95.40 for a UV gel refill and a ten minute massage. I’ve been to countless places and have never paid over $50.00 for a UV gel fill. This place is a ripoff. I highly recommend you find another salon in town. Back massages, Gel manicures

This is a wonderful, spotless and safe salon for a manicure/pedicure. Angie is a delight, as are her staff! Absolute professionals with a high attention to customer service that is genuine and heartfelt. Angie has a superb memory for her past clientele and is eager to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Love this place, glad I remembered it when looking for a salon during my holiday visit! Got a great little massage while getting prepped for a gel mani. Color came out adorable (and neatly applied) and everyone was super friendly and sweet. They even remembered me coming with some family a while back. So thoughtful! Thank you for the great experience. I look forward to coming back on my next visit!

If there was something amiss (virtually never) they fixed it immediately. The owner Angie, brings in new products to keep up with current trends and the cleanliness is unparalleled. They consistently go the extra mile. Everyone is very nice and professional and they work together to keep things running smoothly. No matter how busy, they do their very best to be accommodating. They have very little staff turnover which in my book says a lot. I have been visiting Petrela since they opened. I have been more than pleased with my manicures / pedicures through the years. If there was something amiss (virtually never) they fixed it immediately. The owner Angie, brings in new products to keep up with current trends and the cleanliness is unparalleled. They consistently go the extra mile. Everyone is very nice and professional and they work together to keep things running smoothly. No matter how busy, they do their very best to be accommodating. I got acrylic nails and they are awful. $47 for nails that didn’t even last a week. They were rude and charged an extra $5 for the almond shape nails. I had a picture of what I wanted out the entire time she was doing my nails and she still couldn’t do it. I told her how I wanted them after she was about to move on three separate times. Each time she went back in and “fixed” them. Each time it was still not what I wanted. When I went up to pay I told them that I am not paying the $5 up charge for the shape because this is not the shape I wanted. She quickly and annoyed took me back to a seat and filed my just painted nails fast and crooked, and on top of that it still wasn’t the shape I wanted or that was in the picture.

I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. Always nice and professional, and the owner is always willing to go the extra mile to fix any issues! The environment is soothing and calm and they have so many gel and powder color options.

I have been going there since it first opened. Angie is always so sweet and welcoming no matter how busy they are. I have moved out of town ,but now happily drive 30 minutes to go there. Some of the places that are close to me in Danbury on Rt 6 and Nutmeg Square are not even close to being as clean as Petrela. Even their hours are great !!
