Perspire uses Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna and color light therapy technology to increase your core temperature, enhance your metabolism, burn 200-400 calories, detox on a cellular level, lower blood pressure, decrease stress and anxiety, relieve muscle and joint pain, and boost your immune system. Each session is 40-minutes in a private room and sauna with towel service and premium entertainment options (Netflix, Pandora, Youtube).

My first experience EVER in a sauna and I absolutely loved it! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The studio was clean and inviting, very spa-like environment. I had such a relaxing, worry-free experience with no sales pressure, which is a plus. If I like something, I will purchase when im ready. The packages were explained to me and that was where the sales pitch ended. I love that. Everything about this location was 5 star I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting to relax and detox and just “get away” for a bit

I tried this last week for the first time and I loved it. I never write reviews but it was such a great experience and I want other people to try it. The people at the front desk are very helpful and have the right kind of energy for this place, and the studio was clean and welcoming. Loved the sauna experience, especially with the different light therapies. Highly recommend using the tv in your room to listen to rainforest sounds on YouTube while you sweat. Stepping out into the cool air afterwards is also amazing. If you’re on the fence just give it a try, first time is only $20, definitely worth it.

Very helpful & friendly staff! Clean environment & great additions (refillable water station, eucalyptus towel). Definitely allows for that perfect amount of “me” time, to give that to myself & in an environment that feels comfortable & similar to home (with access to the TV, in a private room). Would definitely recommend to friends & family so they can enjoy this wonderful, uplifting experience! I always feel so great afterwards… wish I would’ve heard about this place sooner. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it!

I have visited a few different infrared sauna studios over the past year, and by far this is my FAVORITE location. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling energized and excited for the rest of my day (especially after choosing orange for my color therapy.) The cooling eucalyptus towels provided at the end of your sauna session are the cherry on top for this place. Looking forward to my next visit!

I was looking into infrared saunas to compliment my workouts and came across Perspire. I tried it once and got hooked. The heat is more intense and widespread than a typical sauna. I can stay much longer in here, especially with the TV and streaming services. When I leave, I feel drained (in a good way).
