I don’t want to blast the hairstylist because she was so nice! I have curly long hair and she didn’t know how to cut it. It was really bad! I had to have it fixed elsewhere. I was brushing through my hair and I noticed that one side was longer then the other and the layers were cut very poorly. If you don’t know how to cut someone’s hair don’t do it! Please!

Critical: Quality, ValueMy husband and my son got haircuts there yesterday. They were really nice. Rose was very patient with my 15 month old son who would not sit still and she got him a cute little certificate for his first haircut at a salon. That was nice! However, the haircuts were not good and my husband’s was really REALLY not good, especially for the price. Both took less than 10 minutes. I can look past my son’s because he was moving a ton and she fixed some of the mistakes I made during his first at home haircut. My husband’s hairdresser used the clippers but his hair was stacked not blended properly, and had a bunch of uneven areas. He said she spent less than 30 seconds with the scissors on top and it looks like she didn’t even touch it. I’ve never seen haircuts done like this before, almost like they were just hacking without a plan or something. Has never let me down. Surprisingly so with never knowing who is going to cut my hair. Seriously, I have for the past 8 years gotten my hair cut at this location and each time the customer service and haircut are done with care and professionalism.
