Kerry braided my daughters hair and she was so patient with her and did such an amazing job! Will definitely be visiting again soon. So the mistake that happened, I googled perfect hair salon and I got some one who was impersonating Perfect. The person told me the salon moved, and had me go to the wrong location and and did a horrible job. When I was driving home (in tears) I saw that Perfect Hair braiding was open and had not moved. I went into Perfect’s salon, and she was upset that someone did my hair like that. There was braids that had no hair, the braids in the front were empty, and the hair was already in knots! Perfect came in on a Sunday, her day off, to fix the mistake the other salon did.I usually go to Perfect Hair braiding, but when I was told by the other hairdresser (that was impersonating Perfect) that the salon moved, I was deceived and heartbroken by the results.I appreciated the extra step that Perfect Hair braiding did to save my hair, to come in on her day off and re-did my whole head (the style wasn’t fixable)My hair came out amazing after Perfect fixed it!If you call for Perfect and are told to go to a different address (this has happened to multiple people) make sure you go to the spot next to Eddie’s Jerk shop, at 489 Broadway.Service: Hair extensionsI went to this salon to get a mistake fixed. I went to this salon to get a mistake fixed. So the mistake that happened, I googled perfect hair salon and I got some one who was impersonating Perfect. The person told me the salon moved, and had me go to the wrong location and and did a horrible job. When I was driving home (in tears) I saw that Perfect Hair braiding was open and had not moved. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to go get goddess locs and got something the complete opposite of what I wanted. The parts were too small and too much hair was added onto my head. Instead of parting and braiding my hair the correct way she crotchet it and you could still see my real hair. She made me pay $130 for a hairstyle I was not satisfied with and when I went back and politely asked her to fix it or if I could get a refund she refused and told me the customer is not always right. She was very rude and is not running a proper business. She waited until after I paid and after I made a complaint to tell me that she couldn’t do the hairstyle and that “my hair” would not be able to do the hairstyle I wanted. Went to go get goddess locs and got something the complete opposite of what I wanted. The parts were too small and too much hair was added onto my head. Instead of parting and braiding my hair the correct way she crotchet it and you could still see my real hair. She made me pay $130 for a hairstyle I was not satisfied with and when I went back and politely asked her to fix it or if I could get a refund she refused and told me the customer is not always right.
