It was great! We went to Intl Mall to the indoor play area and my one and a half-year-old son and I came out of the indoor play area and right there was the haircut place very welcoming and spur of the moment we went in without an appointment and they immediately attended to him and he got his first haircut with his certificate and his lock of hair ARMANDO and OMAIRA were super friendly and very professional I highly recommend going with your young kids they even have red cars the kid sits in while they cut their hair and kids music programs it’s very entertaining

This was my first time here and I love it!! My son is autistic and refuses to use the clippers but our stylist Dylet was so amazing. She was patient and extremely detailed and only used scissors which made my son very comfortable. This was the first time he did not cry during a haircut. We are hooked! Customers for life! THE WORST customer service IN THE WORLD. We were here before they opened their doors today. They were 20 minutes late and only had one hair dresser. There were three of us at the store at that point. I left the person with the appointment go first. Finally another hair dresser showed up and they then tried to shove two other patrons in before me after I had been waiting for them for one hour. The owners did not care that we had been waiting and were beyond rude. After being a customer here for over a year, we will never come back simply for their distasteful manner and disrespect.
