Business hours depend on their willingness to work. Bad service. I was told they were closed 2 hours before they did. Last hair cut I was there a hairdressers boyfriend who doesn’t even work there had the audacity to talk about how much hair they were cutting off me. Will never come back.

First time was yesterday Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a fade with a one on the sides and a little off the top clearly she did not understand me. Do not go here the wait time was ridiculous service was awful not to mention one of the barbers had a cold his nose was damn near the color of Rudolphs as he was sniffling all around the customers while he was cutting there hair. I’ve been going here for years and have not had an issue with the workers nor with my haircut. I’ve read on here people bashing this place because they don’t support the community they live in. I’m sorry but perris has enough businesses contributing to the community. Just because they don’t doesn’t give anyone the right to tell others to take their business elsewhere. This place cuts hair good you just gotta tell your barber exactly what you want and be specific, its like anyother barber place.

This place gave my mother and I rude customer service. We went there to get my mother’s nails done for her wedding. The girl Lili had an attitude with us as soon as we walked through the door. My mother and her had previous conversations about what my mom wanted. It’s was a big ordeal and long story short she was rude and not willing to work with us. I wouldn’t recommend people go unless they like to be treated the way we were.

Worst service ever. These people don’t know the importance of customer service, they multiple people for the returning customers that they know and it is very unfair to people who rarely go. It took two hours and a half for my son to get his haircut and it wasn’t even a busy day. Please reconsider getting a haircut from here if you’re planning to because in the end they gave my son a terrible one.

Opened late but thats no big deal. I told the lady im trying to grow out my hair long and only wanted a little trimmed. She cut off way more than I wanted and not at all the style I wanted. The cut came out decent but it’s not what I wanted so really not happy.
