Horribly rude staff, my appointment at 4:30 apparently didn’t exit since they didn’t take me until 5:15. Technician named Trang was angry because she didn’t want another client. Rushed, tips are crooked, not filled in correctly, dip polish already cracked. My pedicure is awful too, no cuticle cutting or callous remover. The man at the front terribly rude as well. A male technician near by was bad mouthing other customers.

I’ve been going to pasha for years even before they moved locations and haven’t really had many problems but if someone cannot do a design the right way there should be somebody else who is able to do it. An older woman did my nails today and was unable to do a simple lightning bolt. I even said to her let’s just do the solid red and I asked if there was anyone else who can do the design and she was like no i got it. Clearly she doesn’t “got it” because these are so bad. I asked her to redo it 3 times and they still came out so bad.
