First time I ever came to this place everyone is super friendly and nice made me feel comfortable there and they have good prices now that being said I just had to concerns about this place when I got my nails done the person who did them was doing good up until they started joking around with their co worker and one if those times when that happened they needed up cutting me and it started bleeding and burning but they took care of it right away…now another thing is I got a gel manicure but it only lasted me 5 days after that the nail polishes chipped and one of my fingers looks like I had them in for 1 month or so…I dnt know if I would go back for a gel manicure anymore but maybe I’ll try acrylics to see how they do with those

My mom sister and I had been going to another nail salon for quite some time, but when we saw the great deal we would be getting we couldn’t resist. The first few times were fairly good however today while my sister was getting her acrylic nails re-done, the lady was talking on the phone in another language the entire time. When I looked at my sisters nails, the fake nails were filed differently depending on the finger. When my sister brought this to the attention of the lady, she blamed my sisters fingers for why one was wider than the other! (Doesn’t make any sense!) Regardless we went to go check out. The lady said $35 please. My sister handed her the money but right afterward saw that it should have been $30. (Charging $5 to take off her old nails, $5 for the shape my sister wanted [which the lady did wrong] and $20 for the actual nail and polish) SHE HAD GIVEN HERSELF A TIP!!! I was enraged and asked that my sister be given back her money. The lady was totally rude and defensive! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

Manicurist kept hurting me, the polished bubbled and looked damaged eventhough it was not touched while wet. Nails were cut in a weird way that only cutting them to the bed of the nail would correct.
