Had an appointment for a manicure and wanted a dip French tips in an ombré fade. The guy put extensions on 3 of my nails that had broken, but never even shaped them or made sure they were the same length as my others nails (so they were longer and wider). Never even did the “manicure” part (didn’t clean cuticles, shape my nails or anything), just went right into the dip. Put on SO many layers, my nails are so thick and chunky. Also cut my skin with the electric nail file on multiple places, I was bleeding and now still scabbed days later. At the end, the nails weren’t even that cute (some looked better than others, with a cute fade but some were just an aggressive line of pink to white) and looked nothing like the picture I showed for inspo. My friend sat next to me and showed the same photo and the girl that did her nails did an excellent job, so it was definitely just this guy who put very little effort in. He rushed and was very aggressive and rude. In the end, I would not go back nor recommend this place to anyone.

2 stars because I had a decent pedicure experience. However, my acrylic manicure was less than impressive. The tech did zero cuticle care (photo attached is immediately after getting into my car) and did not place the product far enough back on my nail. He also did not compare my hands at all to make sure they are all the same length. He was super aggressive in adjusting my hands and arms during the manicure and rolled his eyes every time the angle got uncomfortable for him. I’ve been getting my nails done at a salon for over 15 years and have never seen anything like it. Never again at this location.

This place used to be lovely. I enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation. Now it is terrible. It’s an assembly line. They have zero customer care. Zero respect for peoples time, don’t bother making an appointment, they do not even try to honor them. Sad how obvious it is that they are in this for the money and don’t care about the customers.

I have been going to this place for 9 years, every 3 weeks for a gel fill. I have complained 2-3 times MAX! Once bc they charged me for something I didn’t get, once because the employee was aggressive and short with me and I’m throwing in the possibility of a 3rd…I was charged $25 extra for something that was unnecessary and I was never told was extra. I was shocked at the extra amount at checkout. Anna jumped up, raised her voice, told me I complain all the time (which I don’t). She may have lumped me in with my daughter who complained years ago because they butchered her fingers (pics are on the reviews here). The whole nail salon was staring over. It was humiliating, unprofessional and deceitful. Avoid this factory line, rude nail techs, and sub par service salon and take your money elsewhere.

They are the best salon around…u may have to wait but they take the time when they do get to u and give u exactly what u what. I have been waiting for this color chrome for awhile now….they are so updated on all the new stuff ❤️

Had a gel manicure on a Sunday. The next day 2 nails had already chipped. Less than a week and 7/10 nails are chipped. Will not be going back.
