This is the cleanest, most professional and relaxing salon I’ve ever been to. I have been coming here for a year now. They are all courteous, knowledgeable, understanding of your needs and I always feel good when I’m there. Victoria and the entire staff know exactly how to make you feel pampered and it DOES NOT smell like chemicals which I’ve found many nail salons do!!!!

I recently moved to the suburbs, and I have searched high and low for a nail place that I like. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I am educated on sanitation and the entire process, but I focus on hair as a specialty. Victoria is the only person who has ever listened to me and I can’t describe how good that feels, she also has an insane memory. Alyssa, not the correct spelling sorry, gave me the best pedicure in my life. I didn’t know pedicures didn’t have to hurt. There have been a couple hiccups in scheduling but they make it work!! I understand booking system goofs. These are wonderful people who truly care about clients. I would not say this is a place to just walk into either, they are not going to rush anyone just to fit as many people in as possible. Which results in really great work!

Walked in on a Wednesday at 4 pm. They stated they were by appointment only and were only able to do a manicure not a pedicure today. I took my business else were as they were not able to see me for the services I wanted. Very nice interior.

Very unprofessional, unfriendly and unwelcoming. My (adult) daughter called this morning asking if they had any openings and the woman offered a 10am appointment. My daughter arrived by 10 as asked, and waited, and waited, and waited. Twenty minutes after her designated appointment time and NO acknowledgement from the staff, she asked how much longer. The response from the staff was cold and dismissive, with no explanation or apology for the wait. Very unprofessional and off-putting. She left and went to a place in Barrington where she was treated much better.

It’s a nice spot for a pedicure but manicure unless is done by the owner it’s not good other technicians don’t know anything other than boring old lady manicure. Came for a dip in with my acrylics on to soak off. My acrylics were not taken off completely, dip powder was put on top and 2 hours and $65 later I got basic pink with some sparkle as the technician didn’t know how to do ombre. Longest 2 hours of my life.
