What a horrible experience. Went in for an acrylic fill and polish change, plus I had one broken nail. He told me it would be $25 total and sat me right away. He was friendly and made conversation. When I got up to wash my hands when he was done with filling and filling my nails, I wasn’t that happy about the shape but decided to just let it go. He then applied nail polish that I had just bought and brought in. Two base coats of color and one layer of top coat. He took me over to the drying station and told me to me to wait 7 minutes. I was just sitting waiting and he told me from the back of the shop that I was good to go. I thought they needed more time but I decided to leave because I felt uncomfortable. By the time I got home, my nails were destroyed, not to mention the stuff the nail polish rubbed off on. I immediately returned and he would not fix it or give me a refund. Blamed it on my polish, stating I should have gotten gel polish. First photo is my nails before I went in. Second photo was in the parking lot before I left. You can see where he left on my cuticle and how poorly my nails are shaped. Very disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE! I come in to get ONE OF MY TOENAILS FIXED . The lady still proceeds to do ALL my toenails over and charge me extra for it and they still were messed up! Was told to come back and get my NAILS did because I had my baby , this is just absolutely unprofessional.

Never again. This place is awful it’s been about two months since I went to them and I have ingrown toenails I even told them that! They were rough getting them out and she went very deep and since I’ve had my toes done there I’ve kept an infection in my right toe it’s so bad that it’s going into my actual foot it hurts to put pressure on and all never again don’t recommend this place to nobody and then they didn’t use new clean tools then they almost used the wrong polish I told them red they almost used grey. It was absolutely terrible

I had been to many nail salons but this one is the best ever. This place was clean and really nice with great decoration. The best thing was that they had a huge collection of gel and polish nail colors to choose from. Actually, they had too many colors to choose from. I also love their service and their price. It was reasonable with five stars service and was much better than many locations in the area. Definitely I will be back.

Price was good for a regular pedicure, but the lady didn’t really do a good, clean job on my toes. It was rushed and if you were to look closely, she didn’t coat some of my toes entirely with the polish. It looks like something I could’ve done at home. Everyone was nice though. Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a frequent customer of Paris Nails for years for both my nails and waxing. Last week, I went to get my brows waxed and was told that they weren’t doing them that day (strange), I even asked how long could I wait (assuming they were busy) and was told that they won’t be doing them at all. I left and called them today to see if they would be waxing and was told yes by Jimmy. I went in and asked for them to be done and was told that the lady that does them quit and moved away, I then reminded him that I called just a little bit ago and he told me that they could do them and he still continued with the lie. I knew it was a lie because I also pointed out that both ladies in the salon had did my eyebrows before and he still refused.
