Honestly if I could give them a zero stars I would! Let me start by saying I first called Paradise nails before I went there, I told them what services I needed and they told me yes they do it and to come by. When I arrived they asked what I was there for I told them a gel pedicure, and acrylic nails. They led me to the pedicure areas, as I’m getting my pedicure one of the nails tech came over and asked me if I was getting a manicure. I told her I wanted acrylic on my nails. She looks at me and says “we do not do acrylic nails” okay that’s fine that they don’t however, I called to ask about that and they confirmed and even confirmed upon arrival. So when I was done with my pedicure I asked who was going to do my nails, the same nail tech then says we don’t do acrylic you have acrylic nails, I said no I have gel on my nails and I should her. I wanted to get acrylic!!! So I said I want to do gel power colors. She then says ohhh get gel it’s really nice. As if I don’t know it’s nice! I have it! Don’t force to do something because you guys want to go home and messed. And because they were being greedy they took me knowing they did not do a service I came for. They also chose to tell me this at the end when I was already done with me pedicure. It’s as if they purposely waited until I was done. It’s unacceptable! And I would never give them another dollar in this life or the next! I just wish there was an option for zero stars.

Nail spa is very clean, they take your temperature prior to service. Nail spa is located in the TJ Maxx home good shopping plaza on route 23 in Wayne New Jersey plenty of parking space available. My Nail technician Esther, paid close attention to my pedicure and my manicure which I had bought a picture in to show her the design I wanted. She duplicated the pinterest design that I showed her and did a fabulous job paying attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her and the spa.

I have been here several times over the years – one time while getting a pedicure received a big cut on the side of my foot. A couple of weeks ago I have gels put on they were done very poorly and peeled in 2 days. I went back and asked for a refund and was denied! I would not recommend this place at all.

I wish I had an option to not give any starts. This place is very unsanitary. I got a nasty nail infection from them because they do not clean their tools. They also have very poor customer service. Annie is very rude to you and likes to rush you out of her chair for the next customer. They are very expensive and provide the worst nail services in the area. If you want to keep your nails healthy please go somewhere else. Terrible business and the women are very nasty!
