Pampered Princess Salon/Spa/Party Celebrations

Critical: Quality, ValueI never write reviews but thought it was important to give honest feedback on our experience. Upon walking in they took temperatures and gave hand sanitizer, the women working there were very nice and the place is very clean. They were great with my girls, and the women doing my nails was a pleasure to speak with during my services. HOWEVER, if you are going to charge a premium I believe you should be providing a premium product as well. The pedicure I received was mediocre at best, the gel polish for my manicure was all over my fingers almost as if I had done it myself and By the time we walked out of the salon both of my daughters nail polish had peeled off and their hair was falling out of the braids. My GEL polish has also already peeled off 2 days later!! Now to be fair we went for an experience and the ambiance was great, but my gripe is the price tag for the quality received. I am happy to pay a premium if I’m receiving premium quality. Upon walking in they took temperatures and gave hand sanitizer, the women working there were very nice and the place is very clean. All the staff were super nice and very patient with the two 5 year olds and 3 year old. The place was exceptionally clean.
