Critical: ValueI have been tanning here for quite a while and the other day I wanted to purchase another membership and also get my best friend one as well. Chalk board sign said 70% off memberships. The girl at the counter says no the sign is wrong they are only 50% off. I told her she needs to change the sign then. She proceeds to charge me $38 for a level 3 and $28 for a level 2. After I left I thought about it and knew she charged me too much money. Then I look under my card transactions ans see that they changed the amount of each membership however I do believe it is still not 50% off. Technically I should have gotten the memberships for 70% off because that is exactly what the sign said.They close early, aren’t open on Sundays and have closed shop several times for various reasons.The level 3 bed has no lights in the room and it’s very dark to try to apply lotion is a joke.Staff isn’t real friendly and kids are not allowed in there unless they belong to the staff. I Love This Place! Everyone is so friendly and caring and it is always clean. The prices are very reasonable and I love that they have 3 levels of beds to use as well as 2 levels on the hex. And I just Love how Ms Stephanie decorates the place for every season/holiday!

The new management has now taken over and made it theeee best tanning salon anywhere around! I saw the results the same day I started! And the prices can’t be beat! They keep it very very clean an offer a large quantity and great selection of different lotions and Tanning Essentials! Stop by and give them a try, I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Reasonably priced and very friendly. I always get the VIP package and that way I can go whenever through the year and only pay 10 cents a minute. Love the hex. When I first started tanning I wish there was a little more instruction and information from the salon but it wasn’t hard to find out more online either.

I like the facial beds here, however I went tanning today an 3 bulbs in the bed weren’t working. When I was done tanning I brought it to who was said to be manager attention. I explained it wasn’t a big deal but there was 3 bulbs that weren’t working. The young lady working said ” yea I know.. I can’t just close the bed. Mean while she never even looked up at me while I was speaking. My question is if she new the bulbs weren’t working in this Particular bed. Me being the only customer in the Salon at 8:10 in the morning the only car parked in front of the salon .Why would she choose to put me in that particular bed. Bad judgment call or maybe bad customer service or possibly just plain out not caring. Either way this is well deserved 1 star.

I was finally able to get the time to come up there to purchase my membership & tan. (Tuesday) I was disappointed to see a sign on the door saying they were closed for the rest of the day ☹️ I will say compared to tropi tan pricing they have a better deal on memberships right now.
